You may be wondering how you get your winning items. We have all the details here!
Auction Close and Payments
If you have not yet paid for your auction item, please do so within two calendar days of the close of the auction. Failure to pay will result in the item going to the next highest bidder. You should have received an email with the subject line “Auction Winner” with instructions on how to pay. Please check your junk and spam. If you don’t locate the email, please contact us.
Pick Up/Redemption
Within a day of completing payment, you will receive an email confirming that we finished processing your order. It will include instructions on how to pick up or redeem your item. In some cases you may be reaching out directly to the donor. Most physical items will be picked up at the CoRE Lab (info below). If you did not receive that email, please contact us.
Carefully Check the Redemption/Pick Up Info
The email you receive will indicate if the item is to be picked up or if you are to contact the donor/provider directly. In some cases, like massages or a haircut, there may not be any physical item to pick up – you will simply need to contact the donor/provider to redeem.
Picking Up Physical Items
Most physical items were available for pick up on Thursday, April 29th and Friday, April 30th from 2:30-4:00 pm at the CoRE Lab at Thousand Oaks High School.
**Another pick up date has just been added – Wednesday, May 5th 5:30-6:30PM.**
The CoRE Lab can be accessed from the north student parking lot off Lancer Way. To reach the north student parking lot, proceed to 2323 Moorpark Rd, Thousand Oaks and enter at the stoplight at Lancer Way. Proceed straight and enter the second parking lot on the left. See map below for details.
Items Containing Alcohol
We are unable to store items containing alcohol on school grounds. Please reach out to our Fundraising Chair, send Robyn Schwartz an email or call 805-320-7956 to arrange pick up of your item.
